For more than 15 years, I have been privileged to help businesses and families with their financial needs through a highly-customized process. I believe that the small committed actions we take today provide a lasting impact not only for ourselves, but also for future generations. That’s why I am passionate about helping my clients put a sound financial foundation into place early on. I take great pride in being able to educate and motivate individuals and help them to realize that their goals are within reach. I’m committed to developing strong long-term relationships with my clients based on integrity and performance, and they know that through every season of life, they have a partner by their side.

I have a background in business banking and business development and have worked with some of the largest local institutions in Arizona such as Desert School and Western Alliance Bancorp. I have also leveraged my professional golf career as a PGA member for the past decade to help educate and promote the importance of financial strategies sooner rather than later. Prior to my work in the financial services industry, I attended Phoenix College, where I played on the golf team and graduated with an Associates Degree in Accounting. I then went on to complete my bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.

In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, cooking, and especially spending time with my wife and children.

My primarily focus is Group Health Insurance Planning for Arizona Businesses. I started my career in the insurance industry as a New York Life agent back in 2001 and shortly after started focusing on helping companies with their Group Employee Benefits. I graduated from Arizona State University in 1999 with my Bachelor’s Degree.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors in the White Mountains of eastern Arizona with my family and friends.

Morgan joined Albatross Financial Group in September, 2021. She is a Licensed Service Assistant, which is instrumental to best serve our financial professionals and our clients. Morgan strives to uphold integrity and professionalism in all aspects of her role.

Although Morgan is new to the financial industry, she is a quick study and is continuing to increase her knowledge base. She is available to assist in all administrative tasks, including scheduling, client management, enrollment and service requests. Her goal is to support our financial professionals, to allow them to do what they do best, learn more about their clients to best serve their needs.

Morgan was born in Arizona and raised in the Gilbert/Chandler area. She attended the University of Arizona (2012-2016), earning a Bachelor's degree in Conservation Biology. Morgan has a young son and enjoys spending time with him outdoors, sharing her love of nature and animals. 

Morgan’s long-term goal is to become more knowledgeable in the financial industry and become a financial professiona herself so she can directly help more people obtain financial security.
